Why am I sometimes disqualified from a survey?

Surveys target specific audiences. If your profile (age, location, interests) doesn't match the target audience, you'll be disqualified after a few screener questions. This is normal and not your fault.

Can I complete an offer multiple times?

The same offer can only be completed once per account. However, same-name offers on different platforms (e.g. iOS, Android, Desktop) count as separate offers — so you can complete the iOS version and the Android version of the same game once each.

Why shouldn't I use a VPN?

A VPN that relocates your position to another country can result in a permanent ban from your account. Providers reliably detect such manipulations and report them to Questify. Please fully disable VPNs and proxies before starting an offer.

What happens if I switch devices during a quest?

Some providers require you to complete the entire offer on the same device and in the same country. Switching can invalidate your progress.

How long do I have to complete an offer?

No — Questify covers all payout fees, including PayPal transaction fees. What you earn is exactly what you receive. Bank transfers are also completely free.

You receive a personal invitation link. If someone signs up via your link and earns Gems, you permanently receive 10% of their earned Gems — with no time limit.

Questify only stores the data necessary for operations: email address, username, account balance, and transaction history. Survey answers or app usage data are not stored on Questify servers.
